With an extensive last mile distribution footprint and a strong partner ecosystem of financial institutions, digital wallets, telecommunications companies, and traditional cash pick up operators, we provide thousands of distribution points across North and South. 

Responsibility: 
  • Assist with employee’s on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on-boarding packages and explaining company policies
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Manage with employees’ hardware and software assets
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
  • Assist in performance management processes if needed
  • Support related HR projects

Requirement: 
  • Minimum 5+ years experiences in HR industry or related
  • High working efficiency & flexible with the changes
  • Good knowledge of human resource related regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
