With an extensive last mile distribution footprint and a strong partner ecosystem of financial institutions, digital wallets, telecommunications companies, and traditional cash pick up operators, we provide thousands of distribution points across North and South.
Responsibility:
- Assist with employee’s on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on-boarding packages and explaining company policies
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Manage with employees’ hardware and software assets
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
- Assist in performance management processes if needed
- Support related HR projects
Requirement:
- Minimum 5+ years experiences in HR industry or related
- High working efficiency & flexible with the changes
- Good knowledge of human resource related regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
