Fertility Sales Representative

Position Summary
The Fertility Sales Representative will help implement the organization's fertility sales program, expanding our reach into the female fertility market. Reporting to Sales Operations and the Fertility Program Manager, the Fertility Sales Representative will be provided the training, tools, and resources they need to be successful. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with a successful sales background.  
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Convert opportunities into active accounts by presenting detailed information 
  • Maintain call KPIs with assigned accounts 
  • Provide knowledge of IVF product catalog, quality controls, and manufacturing 
  • processes
  • Proficiency of all IVF products 
  • Close potential accounts by setting up an ordering pipeline and acquiring orders 
  • Responsible for researching and identifying new leads to enter in the CRM 
  • Updates each CRM profile with detailed and accurate information 
  • Expected to maintain a minimum number of high volume outgoing communications
  • Expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism in their verbal and written communications
  • Follows established sales operating procedures and best practices 
  • Executes mass communication campaigns and maintains a follow up schedule until each lead is contacted
  • Meets all performance expectations and regularly exceeds sales goals
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Basic knowledge of fertility or IVF treatments, clinics, and drugs and products prescribed for infertility treatments
  • Knowledge of hormones, gonadotropins, and adjunctive medications that are associated with fertility treatments
  • Understanding of fertility treatment protocols with some experience working within some aspect of the fertility field
  • Proven track record of working well independently

Experience and Education
  • 1-2 years of experience selling fertility drugs, consumables, diagnostics, or labs
  • College degree or equivalent experience
