Project Portfolio Manager

Description

- Facilitate the alignment of business strategy with the organization's budget and program execution
- Define and build dashboards for executive consumption, while bringing in data from different systems
- Track and analyze finances, portfolio health and performance, and portfolio value capture and analysis
- Facilitate portfolio governance to provide project approvals and to ensure that project financial projections meet the required guidance, expectations and financial policies
- Contribute to the methodology and execution of overall portfolio business processes, including value capture
- Ensure that the portfolio accomplishes and can report on its value goals, including quantifiable hard and soft benefits, in a consistent, reliable and timely manner

Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of portfolio management in a technology project delivery environment
- Excellent Excel/GSheet spreadsheet skills, including the ability to create complex financial reporting and tracking for a portfolio of 100+ projects
- Excellent PowerPoint/GSlide skills, including the ability to take complex data and simplify it for decision making
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence (Atlassian suite)
Knowledge of PPM tools and project governance processes
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) and/or equivalent work experience required
- 8+ years of hands-on Project Portfolio management experience in a technology organization
