Requirements
· 4-6 years w/Oracle HCM Cloud (flexible—other HRIS systems ok).
· 6+ years of HRIS admin experience.
· 8 years of HR experience.
· 3+ years of experience in managing a team (this is an important one)
o must be able to manage a team through a highly complex and fast paced environment.
· Experience implementing and coordinating the final execution of projects.
· Someone comfortable with an environment that is constantly changing.
· Understands the importance of data integrity.
· Experience working with external vendors.
· Experience with software updates, fixing bugs and working on service request.
· $140 with some flex
Preferred
· Project management skills.
· Experience with Taleo.
· Experience with OTBI/BI Publisher (reporting)
