THE BRIEF
The company has retained our firm to assist in the search and selection of a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Project Executive. The successful candidate will manage the construction company’s entire portfolio for the South Bay Area, which is primarily Education and Healthcare construction projects.
ROLE
As Senior Project Executive, you are typically responsible for developing strategic program and project goals and monitoring program and project performance. You are also responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of goals and strategies such as seeking new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and focusing on growth strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years experience in the construction industry, successfully executing multiple high value ground up projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction management, estimating or civil engineering discipline.
- Been responsible for delivering $30M+ construction projects from concept to completion.
- Developed skills and mentored project management employees, including conducting employee evaluations.
- Participated extensively in the work acquisition process, working to define and develop project budgets and schedules that will achieve profitability objectives considering project-specific challenges.
