Elite Solar Concepts is an Arizona based organization that has expanded to New Jersey with residential and commercial solar solutions. Our goal is to expand into 4 states and have a total of 10 locations by the end of 2018.
In this role, the Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting and exceeding quota, driving performance and leading a team of appointment setters to collectively exceed expectations. The Senior Sales Representative will then develop relationships with our other team members, provide exceptional mentoring support, retain open communication with corporate office regarding trainings, sales statistics, team goals, etc. and increase weekly performance from each team member.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Grow client base by closing a minimum of 3 new clients a week
- Compliance in utilizing internal sales enablement tools such as Podio, Spotio, etc.
- A strong understanding of territory and pipeline management
- Act as advisor and coach on best practice in prospecting, account and territory management
- Manage a team of appointment setters to quota
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5+ years proven consultative sales experience in sales (outside, retail, inside)
- Solar industry experience a plus
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota
- Ability to understand enterprise wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide solar solutions to residential and commercial customers
