Position Description
As the first Product Manager at Eleanor Health, this is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and shape the way technology is used in addiction medicine and behavioral health across the country. It will be your job to deeply understand your users’ pain points, leverage your technical and operational skills to scope and prioritize the most critical features, and develop a culture of consistently delivering high-quality solutions. You’ll work across a broad range of services including EHRs, analytics systems, and Eleanor’s proprietary platform and with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. 

Specifically, you will:
  • Continuously ship software that delights and performs, with an eye towards data-driven decisions and close stakeholder partnerships 
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Operations teams to determine what needs to be done
  • Champion the ideology of scrappy product solutions within the guidelines of the healthcare regulatory environment
  • Own the performance and monitoring of Eleanor products to make sure they continue to deliver for your users
  • Support the aggressive scaling of Eleanor technical and product operations
  • Work closely with the Executive team to drive product vision and roadmapping

You’ll be a good fit if you:
  • Have a natural creative enthusiasm, find joy in getting your hands dirty, and live to inspire your team day in and day out
  • Have 3-5 years of Product Management experience shipping world-class software
  • Have a desire to collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams and the ability to tease out critical requirements from a complex set of stakeholder needs
  • Communicate well through a number of mediums: leading meetings, writing user stories & proposals, process diagrams, wireframing, and analytics 
  • Embody a ‘Get Stuff Done’ attitude 
  • Are extremely operationally-minded and constantly look to improve internal processes
  • Love to bring new design, technology, and analytics practices into the organization to keep the product humming
  • Seek first to understand: a passion for deeply empathizing with your users to identify the ‘why’ of what motivates their behavior
Nice to Have:
  • Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field
  • Prior experience working in healthcare or other highly-regulated fields
  • Experience working with a range of wireframing, analytics, and analysis tools
