The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing relationships and closing sales. We have an awesome Sales team with plenty of training and support! You'll be entering a fast paced environment where you will be able to successfully hone your sales development ability and are encouraged to develop and implement new strategies.
Compensation:$85-90K OTE ($40K base salary + 45-50K commission), uncapped commission
Expert level pipeline management
- 1+ years of experience with Sales (ideally as a top performing SDR or junior Account Executive)
- Ideally 6 months experience with closing over the phone
- Experience in high-volume, outbound calling required
Selling at your best
- Build trust and legitimacy with prospects
- Discover pains and connect them to the values of our solution
- Find the right people, timelines, and initiatives
Teamwork and Collaboration
- Add to the tribal knowledge of the sales org
- Contribute to the Product, Marketing, Success, and other teams to make the company better
