    The Role:
    In this role, you'll get to combine your analytical side with your creative side to drive strong results for your clients and for your company!

    You daily adventures will include:
    • Manage between 5-15 paid media accounts on behalf of clients, with aggregate monthly spends ranging between $25,000 - $500,000.
    • Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics to develop insights and action items intended to increase our clients’ revenues month-over-month.
    • Conduct competitive research and macro-level research to stay informed on fluctuations and changes in the industry and environment that could impact the overall success of paid media campaigns.
    • Identify and select the best alternative paid social channel or medium for an advertising campaign (outside of Facebook or Instagram) based on an in-depth market analysis, including audience demographics, media usage, ratings, etc.
    • Creating and launching video campaigns across multiple platforms including YouTube, Google Video Partners, Facebook, and others.
    • Providing ongoing campaign management ensuring optimal performance and delivery, constantly exceeding KPI expectations
    • Troubleshooting pixels/tags, creative, and 3rd party vendors to ensure proper campaign execution
    • Effectively working alongside fellow team members, 3rd party vendors, and clients to launch and optimize campaigns
    • Keeping up to date with the evolving digital ecosystem and relevant cultural events that may have an impact on your buying strategy on campaigns
    • Proactively finding opportunities to grow the business by diving into campaign analytics and marketplace trends

    If you have the following experiences, get in touch!
    • 1-3 years experience buying online media buying and planning with budgets exceeding $500k annually -- with Facebook campaigns
    • A comprehensive understanding of Facebook’s ad auction, general advertising ecosystem, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives
    • Strong understanding of Google Analytics
    • Extensive split testing experience and serving as a primary stakeholder for conversion funnel improvements
    • Affiliate/Viral/Referral experience are a plus
    • Experience building out full-funnel strategies for e-commerce clients is a huge plus
