Restaurant Supervisor
Require to deliver a high-quality standard service and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.
Need to ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
To be successful in this role, the applicant must possess management skills and experience in both front and back of the house.
Must know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity.
Moreover need to set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure to comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
Expect to lead example and uplift staff during busy moments in fast-paced environment. Ultimately, ensure restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
Moreover plan and set beach Diners, functions in outdoor settings.
- Salary - US$ 550
- 10% Service Charge value taken from Hotel's direct sales from customers, which we distribute to staff equally - Monthly average Service charge more or less US$ 250 in low season an in high season more or less US$ 300
- Benefits provided for the position (free Food, Accommodation, Transportation and Medical Facilities) - Job is located in a Resort Hotel; Melas are provided in the staff cafeteria, Shared accommodation is provided in the staff dormitory, free annual Leave Ticket is provided and compulsory leaves are granted according to Maldives labour law.

- Probation period is 03 months.
- 30 days paid annual leave granted on successful completion of 01 year service.
