PHP Support Engineer

We don't need an experienced developer but rather someone that can manage to find solutions on his own. Our client’s software is widely customizable though JavaScript and TWIG. We need someone that can be autonomous on those topics and be solution-oriented. His/her role would also to do a first check on the bugs raised by the team and fix what could be. Otherwise, he/she would pass the ticket to the development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Engineer will be integrated into the CS team and will be reporting to the client (or development team) for technical topics.
  • The Support Engineer will not be in direct contact with customers but rather help our CS agents in their tasks, especially for implementations.
 
Skills & Experience: 
  • Someone with technical skills capable of supporting our Customer Success team. 
  • JavaScript / JSON.
  • PHP.
  • HTML/CSS.
  • With TWIG knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowing Java / Tomcat is a great asset.
