Job Description
The Customer Channel Analyst is responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction for customers when dealing with the organization, providing end to end sales support, acting as a point of escalation for customer complaints and providing recommendations for resolution of disputes in consideration of the commercial implications of actions taken and ensuring all issues are dealt with in accordance with legal and regulatory compliance aspects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Hardcore selling experience in B2B Telecommunication setting (with at least 20 seats)
- Preferably someone who have handled Telco Accounts
- Should be familiar with the definition and difference of VPNs, E-Lan Modem, & Router
- Experience in designing sales solutions individually or as a group
- Strong decision-making skills
- Has proven and strong sales records
- Excellent English communication skills
