PHP Developer (Support)

About the role: 
Overview:

Our client’s software is widely customizable though JavaScript and TWIG. We need someone that can be autonomous on those topics and be solution-oriented. His/her role would also do a first check on the bugs raised by the team and fix what could be. Otherwise, he/she would pass the ticket to the development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • He/she will be integrated into the CS team and will be reporting to the client (or development team) for technical topics.
  • This role will not be in direct contact with customers but rather help our CS agents in their tasks, especially for implementations.
  • This role will not work on the product itself but rather on:
    • 3rd party integrations (integrating our clients software with the tools used by their customers)
    • Customizing the software based on the customers’ needs (scripting, templating, etc.)
    • Developing custom workflows with the tools available within the software
  • You will be the bridge between Customer Success and Development teams (assist Customer Success team when technical questions are raised)
Position requirements: 
Qualifications:

  • Someone with technical skills capable of supporting our Customer Success team.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Someone with at least 3 years experience in PHP using the following:
  • JavaScript / JSON.
  • PHP.
  • HTML/CSS.
  • With TWIG knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowing Java / Tomcat is a great asset
  • 3rd Party Integrations
