Senior Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with clients and butlers to align schedules 
  • Dealing with day-to-day problems (think butlers cancelling, client problems etc.)
  • Assisting with recruitment of butlers and other miscellaneous tasks required to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:
  • Autonomous, and able to work independently
  • Organised and diligent
  • Excellent written English
  • Flexible and able to handle a variety of novel operational challenges as they occur as well as work with constantly changing technology and systems.
