Job Description

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Manage staff, enforcing policies and providing services for employees.
  • Schedule and supervise staff members
  • Coach and motivate teammates to meet and exceed expectations
  • Serves as a liaison with clients and customers
  • Improve internal processes and streamline business functionality
  • Oversee asset management and maintenance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Expert level in written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task or easily coordinate with employees
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
