Sales Development Representative (Appointment Setter) - Torrance

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of the role is to increase the number of qualified prospect client meetings in the Los Angeles and Orange County sales territories through a concentrated program of outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other aspects of social media.  The Appointment Setter will be located in our Torrance, CA office.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
  • Develop and maintain a prospective client list 
  • Utilize LinkedIn, Book of Lists, Construction Monitor, Construction trade associations, Internal Database, and etc. to identify target companies
  • Document activities in company CMS
  • Make contact with the decision maker via phone, email, or LinkedIn
  • Complete initial sales introduction for Eastridge with a primary focus on construction
  • Must have a working knowledge of key differentials with competitors
  • Comprehensive understanding and utilization of standard objection responses
  • Complete understanding of the different areas of expertise for Eastridge
  • Schedule face to face meetings to be attended by branch Business Development Representative or Manager 
  • Verify availability of attendees via Google Calendars and send out invites
  • Develop extensive organizational charts for Top 30 prospective accounts utilizing LinkedIn and sales questions during the sales process, develop and update organizational charts for target companies.
  • Will be expected to facilitate MDM introductions
  • Will help facilitate/identify multiple offices selling approach
  • Take inbound prospective client calls requesting information (ECI’s)
  • Complete outbound phone calls/emails to purchased lists or attendees to industry events
  • Develop, implement, and execute prospect focused campaigns (email, social media, and etc.) 
  • Activity Expectations:
  • Minimum of 250 outbound phone calls a week, 50 per day
  • Schedule 5 meetings per week

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of proven outbound written and verbal communication skills  
  • 2+ years of high volume outbound calling experience in a call center, sourcing, canvassing, sales, or appointment setting environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to include calendar management
  • Successful ability to use and learn various software and social media platforms

It would be great if you had these:
  • Previous appointment setting experience 
  • Previous staffing experience
