POSITION TITLE: Lead Corporate Recruiter
LOCATION: Mission Valley
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
- Create and Conduct interview training for all employees across the organization
- Present Corporate Recruitment team and processes to all new hires during new hire onboarding
- Continually look for ways to improve recruiting processes and strategy
- Assist with the Employer Brand and social media presence
- Manage ATS for all corporate recruiters
- Assist with managing of the Employee Referral Program
- Partner and building relationships with hiring managers to develop candidate profile to fulfill business needs; Qualify candidates by conducting initial screenings for assigned roles
- Track recruitment metrics and milestones to demonstrate effectiveness of process and methods;
- Serve as a Company ambassador to ensure positive candidate experience and present attractive opportunities within the Company
- Drive recruitment efforts with maintaining consistent talent pipeline
- Take ownership by tenaciously following up and following through with candidates and hiring managers
- Participate in and make recommendations to staffing related projects, including identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement of recruitment and sourcing processes
- Work well under pressure
- Build, maintain, inspire, motivate, and develop a team of Recruiters to achieve professional goals related to improving recruitment practices and process
- Partner with senior leadership team to define strategies, priorities, and process improvements
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including: writing job postings, developing and implementing sourcing strategies, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews, with key emphasis on pipeline development and improving time to fill
- Mentor up and down with the expectation that we only make each other better through sharing ideas and recruiting techniques
- Day to day direction and management of the corporate recruitment team
- Prioritizing corporate requisitions and recruitment projects
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 or more years of experience working within a fast-paced recruiting environment
- IT / Technical recruitment experience required
- Team-oriented, hands-on by nature and a fun approach to work
- Strong bias to action and problem solving
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience required
- Ability to drive long-term relationships with external talent with an understanding that a “not interested” today turns into an accepted offer tomorrow
- Mastery of creative sourcing techniques that drive untapped talent pools to the business

- Experience recruiting for direct hire positions
- Experience with Google Hire
