An innovative leader in providing HR and Staffing solutions, Eastridge Workforce solutions, is currently seeking Business Development Specialists to join our Workforce Management Division.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
If you enjoy a high energy environment, uncapped income potential, and the hunt of closing accounts then this is the position for you. Eastridge’s Workforce Management Division is not a micro-management atmosphere, so applicants must be career-minded with a long term perspective for this position. While extremely challenging, the reward is considerable and along the way you will evolve into an expert in consultative human resources solutions. What you will sell is backed by a team of exemplary account managers, so minimal account maintenance is required.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is seeking a career, not just a sales job. Average sales cycle is 4 -- 6 months.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Cold calling and lead generation
- Provide clear and concise communication (written and verbal)
- Conduct research to create analytically driven sales opportunities
- Sell to high level decision makers (Sr. Management)
- Overcome objections and evolve into a consultative sales representative
- Sell to varying industries across the U.S.
- Experience with using a sales CRM (Salesforce.com & Dynamics) and LinkedIn a plus
RESPONSBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
- Inside sales, selling contingent workforce services (payrolling and 1099 compliance)
- 70+ outbound calls/emails per day
- Prospecting and securing new business through outbound calls, emails, and presentations
- Identify sales targets and specific action plans by utilizing research
- Present pricing options, proposals, and contracts to future clients
- Participate in public relations activities and networking event
- Motivated to succeed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Hard worker, self-driven, determined, ethical, transparent, and trainable
- Sales mentality of working through objections
- Able to analyze various forms of media (i.e. websites, business journals, news articles, etc.) to create leads
- Knack for research and tracking down decision makers
- Enjoys and strives for a sense of accomplishment
- Understands long term goals and is not fixated on instant gratification
