The primary focus of the Direct Hire Recruiter is driving recruitment efforts, client development and support. The Direct Hire Recruiter is expected to ensure operational excellence through the provision of quality service to clients, candidates, and contractors; as well as lead marketing activities, and be actively involved in development of new business and the growth of existing accounts.
The Recruiter will also be expected to directly recruit candidates and fill orders, including interviewing, screening and reference-checking candidates; conducting presents and de-briefs; marketing candidates; and conducting follow-up and quality control checks on all placements to ensure appropriate matching and client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
- Screen, test, interview and match Professional Services candidates to clients permanent hiring needs
- Complete references, drug screening, background checks and credentials on candidates
- Take job orders and probe effectively for details of job descriptions from clients
- Support Business Development Representative and inside staff to drive sales to existing and prospective clients, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, and conducting field sales and maintenance visits
- Manage order flow with the expectation that 90% of positions are filled
- On a weekly basis, review the cancelled order report to develop corrective action
- Market top candidates to new/existing clients in order to build solid relationships and grow accounts
- Make calls to reactivate accounts that have fallen dormant
- Have a sense of urgency and enjoy multitasking
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university
- 1+ year work experience in recruitment
- Passion and take ownership of your role
- Be fanatical about data integrity and tracking information on candidates accurately and timely
- Serve customers with exceptional service
