Account Manager - Raleigh

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
  • Act as the main point of contact for U.S. client and worker questions 
  • Communicate directly with client contacts and workers via phone, email, and chat 
  • Work directly with other Eastridge departments and internal team members to provide solutions 
  • Assist with new client setup and implementations 
  • Maintain an in depth knowledge of HR related employment topics
  • Assist with quality control and data entry as needed 
  • Provide detailed reports to clients as requested 

It would be great if you had these: 
  • Manage client and worker needs in Canada and other countries 
  • Mentor and lead junior account managers 
  • Conduct new client technology implementations 
  • Provide immediate feedback and resolutions to 90% of client and worker questions 
  • Regularly audit and review quality control processes 
  • Phone and in-person client business reviews 

Typical Tasks 
  • Communicate and coordinate onboarding details with 50 + workers per week 
  • Respond to 20 or more client and worker questions each day 
  • Coordinate with benefits department to convey health insurance details to workers 
  • Work with background check vendor to remedy erroneous reports 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR or customer service 
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Believe in taking ownership of your assigned accounts 
  • Value workflows, following task lists, and recording information accurately 
  • Extremely comfortable thinking and problem solving on the fly 
  • Serve customers with exceptional service and a solution first mentality
Preferred 
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited university 
  • 4 + years of experience in HR or similar customer service 
  • Previous experience as a mentor or team lead
