About Dwelo

Dwelo is bringing home automation to apartment communities. Our software, hardware, and service platform enables then owners and managers of multifamily properties to offer smart homes as an amenity to their residents while simultaneously improving the efficiency of their operations. Dwelo smart apartments are live in over a dozen markets and counting. We are a small team making a lot happen, we are the leaders in this space while taking on some big names, and we are on track for a billion dollar outcome.

Your Mission
Manage a portfolio of Dwelo communities and ensure their success. You will be the face of Dwelo to the community management team. Your responsibilities include training & on-boarding, running point on support issues that impact the management team, and forecasting their installation needs. You will also be responsible for helping the communities design leasing and operating strategies to maximize the value they derive from their investment in Dwelo. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the property management team has the best possible customer experience.

Outcomes and Responsibilities
Plan and execute an on-boarding and training plan for all property team members at your communities
Track community success metrics and report them regularly to the property manager
Effectively guide the customer through customer support activities
Craft a leasing and operational strategy with the property team that maximizes the value they derive from Dwelo
