Your Mission
As Dwelo’s first Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with the Head of People and Talent to drive strategy to bring in top talent to the organization. You will develop relationships with hiring managers across the organization to report on pipeline progress, propose initiatives to improve processes, find and implement efficiencies, propose and deliver recruitment-related training initiatives and drive creative pipeline building/sourcing strategies. 

You will be the driving force behind building Dwelo’s talent brand and providing a high touch candidate experience. You will need to successfully maneuver through strategic, operational and tactical work and be hands-on in implementing talent acquisition solutions that will enable Dwelo to recruit and retain top industry talent.

Scope of Influence  
  • Own the Talent Acquisition function including the design and execution of TA strategy for Dwelo as it scales
  • Identify, baseline and monitor key Talent Acquisition metrics
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Leverage and improve existing Talent Acquisition initiatives such as university relations, campus and intern hiring, employee referrals, D&I initiatives, etc.
  • Identify new sources of hires, which includes significantly advancing our proactive external market outreach for first class talent
  • Identify the most effective social media channels to drive increased candidate traffic, through content, strategic placement of online recruiting banners and mobile platform optimization (e.g., role advertising and job applications)
  • Ensure consistency in candidate experience and hiring process as the business expands
  • Ensure integration with other key areas of talent management and the business
