Sales Planner

Part strategist, part brand advocate, our Sales Planners know everything about our approach and are always thinking how to build the right program for clients. The Sales Planner will work closely with many internal teams and may participate in sales calls and sales events. This is a role for a highly motivated, self starter who thrives on the challenges of operating in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.

  • Assist with the execution, completion and fulfillment of requests for proposal (RFPs)
  • Strategize with Sales, Product, and various internal teams on custom proposals
  • Conduct research to support sales and sales inquiries
  • Develop a strong understanding of industry trends and market landscape
  • Create and maintain collateral templates and update sales materials as needed
  • Assist with development of internal and client-facing resources as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Business/Advertising majors are a plus)
  • 1 to 2 years media planning  & sales support experience, preferably digital
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Early adopter with a passion for all things digital
  • Effective and persuasive communicator
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Detail oriented, strong attention to style and presentation
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work
  • Strong execution and follow-up skills
  • Proactive self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team
  • A dedicated work ethic and desire to always over-deliver

The following is considered a PLUS:
  • Experience with Salesforce, JIRA
