Executive Director of Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the sales team to enable their success.
Manage regional account assignments to help team identify, qualify and close new business opportunities. 
Establish and manage long-term relationships with senior marketing, advertising and executive level contacts within client and agency organizations.
Attract and retain sales team members; mentor, coach and lead regional sales team. 
Identify and qualify new potential accounts.
Source and close new business to regularly meet and exceed sales goals

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of online ad sales / business development / strategic media buying experience (online advertising, search, contextual marketing).
Experience in selling targeting solutions preferred 
3+ years of sales team leadership 
Demonstrated history of quota attainment; ability to evaluate sound business opportunities and close deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills 
Confidence and organizational skills 
Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 
Ability to travel as needed to visit clients through the region 
Bachelors degree
