Engineering Manager

We're building a disruptive platform to enable industrial companies to improve their manufacturing practices in real time. Our software team makes it easy to for any employee to learn how to do build rockers, get certified on a piece of equipment and grow their individual skills as they progress.

At Dozuki you’ll be managing a high-caliber team of engineers in the beautiful city of San Luis Obispo for your chance to manifest your creativity in a way that will make a big difference in the final product.

We’d like to see applicants that:

  • Experience working in some or all parts of our stack.
  • BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
  • Five or more years of professional experience in a Software Engineering role (or related field).
  • Two or more years managing engineers.
