At Dozuki you’ll be helping to make our high-caliber team of engineers, blended between the beautiful city of San Luis Obispo and remote, as effective as possible.
What You'd Be Doing:
- Help the product manager direct the engineering efforts to continuously ship high-quality software on predictable schedules while working closely with other departments to zero-in on the right experience for our end users.
- Play a vital role as the disseminator of updates and the main bridge of communication between the product team and all other departments as well as a key stakeholder of user feedback for the product team.
- Compiling and explaining each meaningful product improvement to all internal stakeholders as needed
- Interface with the customer to discover the ideal improvement that'll meet customer needs while maintaining progress towards our vision for the platform
- Help to set and modify our platform vision for the coming months and years.
- Help improve our engineering processes and technical culture
- Flesh out functional specifications and aid in preparing the backlog for upcoming sprints
- Communicate with product team as needed to ensure smooth milestone execution
- Be available to interface with customers for support and technical training as required.
