Business Development

DotLab is hiring a Business Development executive to drive and execute strategic partnerships.


  • Devise strategies for partnering with external organizations (e.g., distributors) through market and customer segmentation
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of partnerships and deal structures
  • Source domestic and international partnership opportunities that drive product growth and adoption
  • Cultivate long term professional relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Build alliance management processes and capabilities to implement governance structures once contracts are in place

  • 6+ years of experience working in business development (preferably in biopharma, medical devices, or diagnostics)
  • MBA and/or JD is a plus
  • Proven track record of sourcing partnerships, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to go deep on the science of our technical products in order to communicate with external stakeholders at the right level of detail
  • Enthusiasm to work in startup environment
