Impact:
You take part in a complete marketing experience as you optimize the consumer lifecycle.  From building acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns to measurement and iteration, you help shape the voice of the brand and help grow a loyal consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across growth, product, engineering, finance, and more to drive performance marketing strategies and execution and optimize conversion and communication funnels. You will drive the vision of how all digital channels effectively move users through the consumer journey with clear success metrics to optimize investment. You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive marketing investment plan with ongoing live results. This role necessitates being at ease at the complex intersection of technology, creativity and user insight.

  • Develop a deep understanding of current and future consumer segments, technology, trends and competition; identify key growth initiatives to increase the customer base and their lifetime value.
  • Scope the analytics tools required to measure/optimize the marketing investment while helping create the strategy; define KPIs for the team’s performance marketing initiatives and design a testing framework that will enable us to experiment and learn from better tests.
  • Identify, execute and manage opportunities with internal/external partnerships, and collaborate with broader marketing teams on attribution models, analytics, audience segmentation, email, messaging, creative, promotions, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with product team to inform the development and optimization of landing page experiences, align with media channels and audience segments, and define and oversee all paid key digital acquisition channels, including all biddable and programmatic paid media, including paid social.

What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years focused on CRM
  • Previous experience running mobile app lifecycle campaigns
  • End-to-end marketing strategy experience; including funnel and product optimization with experience testing every aspect.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms
  • Proven success driving acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Exceptional problem solving and quantitative skills
  • Experience with SQL, preferred
