The Inn at Dos Brisas is a Relais & Chateaux hotel and Texas’ only Forbes 5-star restaurant. We are seeking a talented front of house service team member. We offer an exciting opportunity to be part of close team led by chef Zachary Ladwig and Jonathan Cartwright to provide excellent service to our guests.
We are located on 313 acres of rolling organic farmland, forest, and pasture, one hour North of Houston, and two hours East of Austin. The Inn represents a bucolic escape for guests from around the world to savor freshly picked organic vegetables, expertly commingled with the finest proteins drawn both locally and from around the world. Our culinary philosophy marries Asian minimalism with French quality and American flair for presentation. As a 5-star Forbes restaurant, we require the highest levels of dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence in our staff.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, high sense of urgency, desire for serving and exceeding guest expectations, strong attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a professional yet high-pressure environment. The successful candidate will possess a stable work history and proven restaurant serving or waitering experience, preferably in a four / five-star or Michelin-rated restaurant.
