Job Description:

We are looking for a proven, passionate B2B product marketing leader to bring an intense customer focus, creative energy and results-oriented discipline to drive long-term growth and scale our mission of bringing innovative, compassionate care to more people.
This leader will bring clarity, constantly listening to and learning from data, customers, partners, patients and other players in the industry. The ideal candidate learns through taking risks and driving new insights back into a constantly improving organization. We are looking for a strong collaborator and partner for sales, corporate communications, business development, product, engineering, external partners, and the broader marketing team.
Job Responsibilities

  • Defining and driving GTM strategy at the intersection of our Product and Marketing teams
  • Informing brand strategy, positioning, and messaging to generate awareness, demand and conversion at both the product and enterprise level
  • Owning market intelligence, including customer and competitive insights
  • Optimizing existing offering and informing new product development through a keen sense of market dynamics and opportunities
  • Aligning strategy, messaging, and GTM plans with other Doctor on Demand channels for demand generation
  • Championing and prioritizing customer engagement, retention, and product experiences that support patient and business growth
  • Creating a GTM operating and funding model and playbook that scales, in partnership with sales, product and enterprise marketing
  • Building industry-leading presentations and other collateral to be used in sales and thought leadership settings
  • Developing product-level marketing, including defining value proposition, messaging, pricing and channel strategies
  • Content marketing / partnership with corporate marketing on thought leadership related to our product offerings
  • Collaboration with corporate marketing and sales on demand generation activities
  • Partnering with Product and Sales to refine and maintain our demo approach
  • Leading our RFP function and other proposal development activity 
 
Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated excellence in developing and executing strategy for new and adjacent market share gains
  • Passion for the customer and end consumer
  • Ability to think strategically by identifying and analyzing consumer and market insights and translating these into effective strategies
  • Gift for story-telling and articulating value proposition within a competitive marketplace
  • Strong financial acumen, with a demonstrated and thorough understanding of channel revenue maximization
  • Exceptional planning, organizational and communication skills
  • Experience managing and leading teams with proven success
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Innovative thinker with intellectual curiosity, with an eye to developing new solutions and tools
  • Strong collaboration skills, clear team player, can-do attitude
  • Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Detail oriented; deliver with the highest quality
  • 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, leading product marketing, with a history of taking on roles with increasing responsibility
  • Strong preference for healthcare and tech/mobile industry experience; preference for experience marketing to health plans and/or employers 
  • MBA Preferred
  • Work authorization required, sponsorship is not available for this position
