Sr. Product Manager, Platform

We’re looking for a Sr. Product Manager to help define and create this platform. Building on a platform that has already conducted 2 million video visits, you’ll help find the right use cases and partners to iterate on. You’ll work closely with engineers on creating the right API definitions, documentation, and samples to show off the platform capabilities.
Your responsibilities:
- Create and inform strategies to deliver Doctor On Demand’s capabilities through a partner platform (SDKs, SSO, API suites).
- Develop and maintain a roadmap balancing feature requests, service expansion, and feedback.
- Collect and seek feedback from external developers on the implementation and needs of the platform.
- Create integration guides for third party developers.
- Evaluate competitors to look at emerging trends, technical options, and best practices.
- Create user stories and requirements for both internal and external engineers.
- Work with analytics on integrating data, measurements, and reporting into the platform.
- Inspire and empower our internal teams to build capabilities with our platform and external developers in mind.
Skillset:
- 6+ years of experience leading a product life cycle and working with engineering.
- 2+ years experience managing a platform product - conceptualizing and defining developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or REST services.
- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience writing and contributing to technical integration guides for partners.
- Proven track record of translating business problems into testable hypotheses.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders to create a comprehensive and achievable strategy to tackle a given problem.
- Experience delivering products and showing the impact of the work you have done.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States as no sponsorship is available for this position.
