Nonprofit FP&A Manager

This position provides advanced financial support services and administers daily operations and activities of their grant administration, financial planning, and budgeting cycles under the direction of the FP&A Director.

Responsibilities include 
  • overseeing grant compliance and reporting, 
  • supporting program and functional leadership in interpreting performance results, 
  • assisting in activities related to the preparation of the annual operating budgets, and 
  • other financial analyses as required by circumstances. 
  • Ensure grant compliance for other programs

EDUCATION, LICENSURE AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and MBA (preferred) 
  • 5  years of finance experience (within nonprofit)
