JOB DETAILS
- MUST have multi-family property/ real-estate experience
- Must have solid experience doing financial
- Will be in charge of closing books for 10-15 properties; will be doing all financials; creating financial statements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 5+ years of experience
- Must have strong excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS)
