CFS is assisting our client with their search for a Payroll Clerk to add to their team! The client, located in The Galleria, is known for offering a GREAT work environment!
The Payroll Clerk is responsible for:
- Manage T&E with other staff while updating precise payroll records (UltiPro)
- Entering monthly commission reports/incentives
- Calculating all new hire, LOA and terminated employee retro pay/manual hours
- Work alongside HR and Accounting to reconcile payroll issues
- Set up new EIN/State/Local taxing and reporting
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- Accounting degree preferred
- 2-3 years of payroll experience - processing payroll for 1,000+ employees (multi-state is required)
- FPC or CPP
- Must have strong Excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables required)
