Dito is a leading provider of enterprise IT and cloud services partner, and we are looking for great people who are ready and eager to join our HR team as a Recruiter. Though the position is remote with the ability to work from home, our teams work together closely with you playing an active role to drive profitability and success toward company objectives.
Job Description: The position may be remote but our teams work together closely with you playing an active role in full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter has an HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
Execute overall recruiting strategy
Assist in the development and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Screen candidate resumes and job applications
Deliver ta positive candidate experience
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Schedule interviews through the candidate process
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Onboard new employees, so they are fully integrated; as needed
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
What you need to succeed:
Proven work experience as an in-house Recruiter at a technology SaaS.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based etc)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and comfortable learning new technology
Exquisite communication, interpersonal, organization and planning skills
Strong decision-making skills
Be flexible and adaptable with change in a fast-paced, dynamic, rapidly growing environment
Travel: Less than 10% travel required.
