Our flagship program, Quit Genius, is an all-in-one tobacco cessation program that combines digital therapy, nicotine replacement therapy and wearable technology to deliver holistic support to smokers looking to quit.

We have seen incredible growth in a short space of time and have scaled our platform to over a million users. We have published groundbreaking results demonstrated the effectiveness of Quit Genius in multiple peer-reviewed research studies (74% reduction in cigarettes smoked) and have raised funding from Y Combinator, Merck & Co and Village Global (backed by Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates).

Given the novelty and real-world success of our solution we have seen great interest from employers and healthcare payers. We have enrolled a number of notable clients and are looking to scale our sales up to keep up with the demand.

What We Need

We are looking for an experienced B2B sales leader to take on a key role and lead our commercial efforts in the US. You’ll join our executive team and work closely with the CEO and COO. The ideal candidate will help us reach our aggressive revenue targets and improve our current sales processes. We need a leader who has the ability to deliver results, build a repeatable sales process and successfully scale a sales organisation.

You will

  • Take responsibility of the sales process from beginning to end: from first contact to signing the contract and closing the deal.
  • Generate new leads by reaching out to decision makers in benefit teams and excite prospects about the Quit Genius program.
  • Manage a pipeline of self-insured employer clients and maintain clean records in sales software.
  • Be in charge of building relationships with top benefits and wellness executives in large and jumbo accounts.
  • Work closely with the executive team on developing and implementing a long-term sales and revenue strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering lead by feeding back the needs of customers to aid with product development.
  • Design, build, train and lead the sales organization.

You have

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in enterprise sales in the employer benefits space with a history of closing complex deals with a large sales cycle.
  • History of consistently exceeding quotas with a results-oriented nature. 
  • The ability to lead on high level sales pitches to senior executives.
  • Excellent organization, communication (verbal and written) and management skills.
  • Positive attitude: go getter who does not quit and is not afraid of rejection.
  • The ability to innovate and solve problems creatively and are comfortable working with the uncertainty of a fast-paced start-up.
  • A commitment to personal growth with a strong desire to learn and self-develop. 
  • Passion for the company’s mission to help millions quit smoking and improve their lives.
  • A willingness to take a large degree of responsibility from the outset.  
  • A willingness to travel.
  • Nice to haves:
    • Existing relationships that they can leverage in the employer benefit or healthcare space. 
    • Entrepreneurship or startup experience.
