As an Account/Customer Success Manager you are responsible for post-sales engagement strategy and execution at scale for Swydo users. Focusing on improving on-boarding, activation and retention for our SaaS web-based Swydo-application. You will oversee the following engagements:
- On-boarding, engaging and retention campaigns
- Cross-sell / Up-sell campaigns
- Improving Customer Experience
- Marketing Automation
Main responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
About you:
- Experience as either marketing-, success- or account manager preferably with a good proven record on a client focused process
- Great communication skills, both spoken and written English
- You must be legally allowed to work in the Netherlands

To perform well in this role you need to see the link between the need for quality and value for a client with our product. You will be accountable for the clients to grow and create value but you also need to translate these wishes and stand for the change in the organization. Just make it happen.
We believe this role can be done from a desk (at home or in our office). So you also need to have feeling, knowledge, interest or experience with/in online marketing and reporting. But that is secondary if you truly believe you have what it takes to get in touch with clients, find out what’s the gap between where they want to go and currently are and how to make sure they’ll get there.
