Job Description
  • Have 1+ Years of Proven Experience in the IT staffing and Consulting Industry.
  • Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. I.e. from Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients, etc., to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals.
  • Hands-on experience in Sourcing and Screening
  • Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens
  • Experience in Job Portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. and also other networking Methods.
  • Work with company Management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
  • Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current
  • Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.

Required Skills:

  • Must have Legal valid work Visa
  • Must have the ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing the work environment.
