As the Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in setting a long-term marketing strategy for our company in Argentina and executing day-to-day marketing activities. Your duties will include developing a plan to build our brand and recruit new talent to the company, especially those with in-demand technology skills, and then leading those initiatives. You will lead analytical research and analysis to create foundational knowledge of the talent market in Argentina. You will partner with our leadership team to ensure market insights are quickly infused into our decision making processes.
As a subject matter expert in Recruitment Marketing, you will help position Spark Digital as an aspirational place to work. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure our brand voice is consistent throughout all our internal and external communications by implementing best practices and sharing your experience with others.
Responsibilities
- Apply modern marketing strategic methods and tactics to the recruiting process in order to attract top talent
- Lead the tactical planning and execution of the company’s recruitment marketing strategy
- Align tactics with the company objectives, develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to validate the efficacy of our strategies
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds in-line with strategic priorities
- Own and report on marketing KPIs such as candidate conversion rates, the website traffic and social media engagement related to recruitment
- Analyze potential strategic marketing partnerships for the company in Argentina
- Develop employer branding strategies for the Argentina market, showcasing employee value proposition, encouraging candidate engagement, and improving candidate experience
- Research and analyze candidate funnels, behaviors, and market trends and identify ways to better build our brand and attract top talent
- Research, pitch and implement best-in-class marketing systems and processes to improve greater knowledge of market talent and our ability to identify and manage our touchpoints with them.
- Create a wide range of different marketing materials for the Recruiting team including print, digital, and video assets
- Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior leadership
- Lead, supervise and review internal and external recruiting communications and deliverables within the Argentina and U.S. market
- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
- Handle internal communications in response to specific situations which affect external organizational perception and reputation (e.g. annual comp adjustments, performance review results, changes in career development, promotion announcements, etc)
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in Marketing
- BS or advanced degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in Marketing best practices for the Software industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English) and ability to influence others
- Strategic and analytical thinker
- Proven ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into Marketing strategies
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Deep understanding of the media ecosystem in Argentina, particularly technology- and industry-specific media outlets Experience organizing, promoting and managing events, corporate sponsorships, and conferences
- Experience using social media as a storytelling tool
- Experience creating and managing ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms
- Experience working with distributed and multi-lingual teams strongly preferred
