Account Manager
Location: US Remote
DemandHive, a quickly growing digital marketing agency, is looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated professional that can help manage an ever-growing roster of clients. Working remotely, you’ll need to have a collaborative and cooperative personality, be able to work at a fast pace, and continually drive to get things done. You should have a strong understanding of digital marketing and project management.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy
- Ensure all campaign planning and execution aligns with client objectives and overall best practices
- Ensure campaign performance reporting incorporates key metrics, delivers insightful findings, and includes items that map back to client objectives
- Managing the ongoing planning and execution of clients’ campaigns, and ensuring that the correct strategies and resources are utilized to deliver against goals
Client Management
- Manage a range of clients in various industry verticals across digital media teams
- Produce monthly, quarterly and yearly performance reviews for clients that recap recent work, identify new opportunities, and outline any resulting changes in strategic direction
- Set up and lead weekly client status calls and ensure that all materials are collected and distributed in advance
- Ensure that key insights are outlined in advance of status calls, and a concise summary of performance against client objectives and KPIs is provided
- Maintain regular contact with clients and select vendors, and providing timely responses to requests
- Ensure successful onboarding of new clients
- Assist in the resolution of client problems, complaints and billing issues with the aid of relevant department heads
- Anticipate client questions or concerns in regard to client objectives and needs
- Ensure clients are informed when contracts near expiration, and assisting with the renewal process
Analytics & Technical
- Understand the roles that different marketing channels play in the digital ecosystem, including SEO, Paid Search, Display, Email, Affiliate, and Paid Social
- Understand and proficiency in marketing and analytics products, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, etc. to pull data and investigate findings
- Ability to analyze data and draw insightful findings grounded in metrics across media channels
- Understand of procedural steps to onboard new clients and transition accounts from third parties to DemandHive
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of digital agency experience in a Senior role either in Client Services / Account Management, Project Management, or Strategy
- Understanding of the role and function of SEO, Paid Search, Display, Social Media, Email and Affiliate marketing tactics, and how they tie into clients’ broader business context
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest and interpret data across digital media channels to extrapolate relevant findings, and distill them to the most important
- Excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to foster long-term customer relationships
- Excellent working knowledge of major analytics, marketing and social platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Excellent project management, campaign management and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to clients’ communication styles
- Ability to proactively recognize and address client needs
