Human Resources Generalist

In this role you will work as an integral member of our Talent Optimization team to ensure we attract, hire, and retain a diverse group of consultants who embody our core values and are supported in an inclusive environment of employment compliance and continuous growth opportunity. 

 
What You’ll Do

  • Oversee candidate management for the Delaware and Toronto office, including interviewing, job offers and onboarding preparation. 
  • Create an engaging and compliant onboarding process to ensure the most effective inclusion of new people into the culture of our workplace. 
  • Exceed employee expectations in the management of personnel-related tasks and deliverables. 
  • Serve as the center point for Benefits, including enrollment, management and oversight for all employees. 


What You’ll Need

  • Two to Four years of professional related experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, MIS, Business, Human Resource Management or related field. 
  • Understanding of employment laws related to recruitment and hiring, diversity requirements, and hiring resources. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. 
  • Proven analytical and decision-making skills.
