Essential functions:
- New business acquisition, together with the business development team
- Identification and solicitation of prospects
- Cold calling and prospecting
- Development and presentation of proposals
- Structuring the service and compensation relationship
- Listen to activities of prospects via Google alerts, etc
- Maintain connection with inactive prospects
- Seek opportunities via RFP resources
- Conduct preliminary prospect/category research
- Coordinate internal prospect development team
- Schedule, plan and conduct agency credential meetings
