Essential functions:
  • New business acquisition, together with the business development team
    • Identification and solicitation of prospects
    • Cold calling and prospecting
    • Development and presentation of proposals
    • Structuring the service and compensation relationship
  • Listen to activities of prospects via Google alerts, etc
  • Maintain connection with inactive prospects
  • Seek opportunities via RFP resources
  • Conduct preliminary prospect/category research
  • Coordinate internal prospect development team
  • Schedule, plan and conduct agency credential meetings
