Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
The CSR/Data Entry Admin is in the center of our critical relationships with our operations teams, management team, and our technical team. The Administrative Associate works closely with and assists leadership by providing administrative support to all members of the Operations team. Candidates who are happy and successful in our environment are eager to learn, excited to contribute to the team however they can, flexible, able to get along with all types of people and open to coaching and feedback.
Description of Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Implement ongoing process improvements using technology and best practices to facilitate the efficient execution of leadership operations and enhance the manner in which leadership conducts its business.
- Create and maintain a positive, collaborative, and proactive relationship with all coworkers and project team members.
- Manages and maintains departmental supplies and materials. Checking of stock and determining inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to appropriate work stations
- Manage a variety of administrative tasks including preparation of documents, spreadsheets, logs/databases, schedules, and presentations; action item tracking; calendar and meeting management; making travel arrangements and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintains the organizational/departmental calendar of events.
- Manages the department’s filing system to include electronic filing systems, i.e., Google Drive.
- Assist Human Resources with on-boarding and staff engagement events including management of staff meals.
- Manages Office and Phone Equipment in partnership with IT.
- Manages meeting and interview calendar to include the planning of staff meetings, agendas; record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. May use technology to include OpenVoice, GoToMeeting, etc. in planning meetings.
- Receiving and directing visitors.
