HR Coordinator/Sourcing Agent

Overview: Cyber Defense Technologies (CDT) is currently seeking to hire a part-time entry level HR Coordinator/Sourcing Agent. This position provides a range of critical support services for the Operations Division such as recruiting support, sourcing talent, screening, and interviewing candidates for the organization. Position has the opportunity for remote work.

Security Clearance: None

Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates for open positions within the company by utilizing ATS, job boards, postings, and internal/external referrals
  • Screen talent to ensure candidates are technically qualified, fit into the CDT and customer culture, meet security qualifications, etc.
  • Vet candidates for interest in opportunities (location, compensation, etc.)
  • Submit applicants to appropriate authority and assist on-site hiring manager in ensuring the candidates are well prepared to swiftly move through the deployment process
  • Recruit for proposal efforts in addition to funded projects

Qualifications:
  • 2 years’ experience in technical/cyber security candidate recruiting within the government contracting industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field acceptable in lieu of experience
  • Ability to understand technical requirements for job requisitions and successfully source qualified candidates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative and organized to eliminate presenting weak or unqualified candidates
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
  • Fluent speaking, reading, and writing English
