As a Conversion Manager, you work with the overall process of CRO. AB-tests are endpoints of an ongoing process but are not a required step. This means that you are responsible for identifying when an A/B-test is the best method and when other experiments or exploration tasks are necessary.
Your typical responsibilities include conducting preliminary analysis and workshops for the purpose of ideation, following up with prioritization and experiment design and finally experiment analysis and learnings. Being able to scope and transform into the smallest feasible experiment while maintaining the integrity of the test is important. Experiment design is key. In this role, that means understanding the basic concept of a scientific approach and how to apply that to a digital context. Knowledge of digital analytics, web technology and working in agile processes are all enabling competencies when working as a Conversion Manager.
You will belong to our AB-test team working as a consultant both from our office at Regeringsgatan and at the client's office. You can expect to learn a lot and at a pace that you would have a hard time finding anywhere else.
