Onboarding and Support Specialist

As a member of the Customer Success Team, your job will be to deliver an amazing customer experience as you onboard preschools, day-care facilities, day camps, and private K-8 schools onto our platform and as you provide world-class support.

Must have:
  1. A genuine desire to help customers solve their problems
  2. One or more years call center experience
  3. Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor via email, on-the-phone, or via chat
  4. Power-user mastery of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc)
  5. One or more years as a trainer
  6. Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  7. Amazing attention to detail
  8. 2 years college

Preferred:
  1. Experience with preschools, day-care facilities, or day camps
  2. One or more years of project management experience
  3. One or more years of SQL experience
  4. 4-year college degree
