ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be working side-by-side with the CEO on all matters operating and building the company. The job will require working on a wide range of problems and thriving in a fast-moving startup environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. A typical day might include: 

  • Updating and maintaining our sales and marketing contacts.
  • Running simple, manual QA tests on a new product release.
  • Monitoring our social media channels for timely engagement.
  • Creating an excel document to track and monitor our compliance and SOC-2 audit.
  • Researching academic articles to support our blog posts or white papers.
  • Managing internal company documents and wikis.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Real enthusiasm for a start-up experience, and entrepreneurial at heart.
  • Willing and excited to help in all stages of an early start-up.
  • A "can-do" attitude to tackle all projects we send your way.
  • Great attention to detail, well organized and consistently delivers quality performance.
  • Strong communications skills, isn’t afraid to ask questions, solve problems in a creative way, and bring their own ideas and viewpoints to the table.
