About the Role: Cuebiq is looking to add a skilled and passionate Solution Engineer to join our Client Solutions team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter, analytical, resourceful and confident. This role requires an understanding of both our clients’ use cases and the business value of our products, and the communication skills to clearly convey the message internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales organization including but not limited to providing pre-sales support from a product and business standpoint, assist with proposals, answer product related questions to ensure clients needs are met
  • Enable revenue growth by participating in client meetings, understanding client needs and devising solutions, leveraging expertise in our clients’ business, industry trends and Cuebiq products.
  • Analyze our client’s business needs and design and document solutions that leverage Cuebiq data and products, including customization work whenever needed.
  • Liaise with the Product and Business Development teams to inform and prioritize the product evolution roadmap, spotting general trends from specific requests.
  • Oversee the rollout and implementation of custom solutions to ensure customer success. 
  • Communicate the functionality, design decisions, technical constraints and implementation timelines of any custom solutions to our clients.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, customer success, research or consulting role.
  • 1+ years of experience working with big data solutions, analytics platforms or digital advertising operations.
  • Experience with digital media and/or measurement.
  • Experience with location data is a big plus.

Skills

  • Business analysis, understanding and deconstructing the business needs of our clients
  • Data analysis, including basic knowledge of SQL and Excel.
  • General understanding of technology systems, such as: mobile devices, cloud computing, digital advertising technology.
  • Basic programming knowledge for simple data manipulation (eg: Python) is a plus.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build good rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across multiple media, ably translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to lead and project-manage a client’s solution, working with stakeholders across multiple time zones
